Digital Marketing Strategist

Buzz is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to help bring client campaigns to life across websites, email and social media. This role is a mix of content creation, project coordination and hands-on execution. The right person is a strong communicator who enjoys working with clients and teammates, keeps track of the details and looks for ways to make each campaign better.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan, coordinate and execute digital marketing projects across web, email and social media for multiple clients.

  • Write, edit and proofread clear, compelling copy that fits each client’s brand and audience.

  • Create, update and maintain website content, with attention to the user experience.

  • Apply SEO and accessibility best practices when updating web pages, including clear page structure, descriptive links and image alt text.

  • Support email campaigns from content development and build through testing, deployment and reporting.

  • Publish and monitor social media content, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and performance.

  • Coordinate project timelines, approvals and handoffs across clients, designers, writers and the digital team to keep work on track.

  • Review copy, dates, links, visuals and user flows before launch to ensure campaigns are accurate and work as intended.

  • Track website, email and social media performance; share results with clients and teammates; and recommend improvements.

  • Build strong client relationships through clear, timely communication.

  • Bring fresh ideas to the team and help share digital tools and best practices with teammates.

What you bring:

  • Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working with websites, email marketing and social media platforms.

  • An understanding of digital analytics and how to use results to improve campaigns.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • The ability to work independently and collaborate with teammates across different disciplines.

  • A willingness to learn new tools, share ideas and adapt as client needs change.

  • Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign is a plus.
