We led the full-scale creation and rollout of Churchill Downs’ Universal Loyalty Rewards Program. Our work included naming, direct mail strategy, player card design, messaging, email campaigns, in-property signage, and a full suite of launch collateral. With tailored assets for each property, this was loyalty done right – on a national scale.
